Reach Your Peaks

To travel, to experience and learn: that is to live. To those who want to stay alive, they hike the highest mountains to feel the feeling of an early morning sunrise. My journey to find the most active adventure is amazing as it always the unexpected to go. The plans were made at the last moment and the decision is always mine to go. The rest have to join or they lose the most important tragedies when I speak to them via my blogs or Instagram posts. Mountain always surprise us while climbing up, as it’s all about spiritual and meditation towards one’s own journey.

A Panoramic view from the top

Last month while climbing the highest mountain of the Indian state of Maharashtra Mt. Kalsubai, I felt and I was stunned while exploring the base village. It was not just me who want to do night trek and to see the early morning sunrise, there are more than three hundred trekkers and hikers at the same place. Though it was crowded, everyone was so excited to hike up that mountain. We had planned this trek only a few days ago and got a friend’s car to go on our night ride to base village. It was not our first night out but the fun we had throughout is something different. We started our trek at 3:00 AM where we were lost into the wild and the cold chilly climate escape helps us to achieve what we want to do.

All ready to take memories

The darkest nights produce the brightest stars. As we moved up, we found tremendous challenges and build the possibilities of how we can attain the hardest to climb. I was the first to reach the top of the peak around 05:30 AM and found out there are many others already on the top since the last night. I rest on the top and waiting for my friends to join me to see the early sunrise from the top of Maharashtra. Even so, it was dark on the top there were people up there with few small stalls of Tea and Breakfast.

People were chanting and singing songs which were so positive in mind and it was the windy and cold climate too. I was like where am I and with just one sweatshirt and a hoodie on my body to survive the cold weather on the top of the mountain. Suddenly the whole senses change when the Sun about to rises from the cloud. Trekkers and Hikers ready with their camera and taking the time-lapse of how beautiful the daylight was and what we are about to see.

Stay who you are!

Embrace the detours. Life was meant for great adventures and to feel the energy of winning the big race. To a great traveler, one life is very small to explore all. So much world, so little time.

Walking The English Countryside

In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.’

Walking towards nature is not just a place to visit. It is a home for a traveler like us. I go to nature to be soothed and healed and to have my thoughts put in order. Whether you go to the forest or walk towards the huge farm, you always find the inner peace and the feeling of more to explore.

Farm view with beautiful Sunset

The English countryside is the natural haven on Earth that feels a world away from the city’s busy places. For finding peace and to discover the balmy environment, one has to travel and drive outside the city’s hullabaloo. Fresh air, nature’s greetings with the cold breeze and a huge field roadside to walk is the only thing, we all want in life, right? And yes, I traveled alone to get these to accomplish my bucket-list.

A walk into the wild

A nature walk is a precious time to explore and realize how different the world is! In the above pictures, you can differentiate the city walk and the countryside walk where the distance is the same but the fun is unalike. A peaceful walk with one side is a huge farm and the other side is a beautiful tree where you can walk several miles without knowing how much time you spend and where you were heading. A city walks with a decent hubbub where you can see lots of similar faces around with close-door buildings and regular trees to feel the same.

A fantastic selfie on a wonderful country-side walk

Travel is not about finding yourself in this big world, but to remember who you are! We are the only distraction in life, but if we overcome these, we can achieve anything. Just get going for what we came this far from.

To A Great Mind, Nothing Is Little

Once a year, go someplace you never been before and then your whole year that travel diaries make full of memories. Every time you go back to those pictures, to those memories, it makes you realize how beautiful the world is, and how many things you have to cover in this lifetime. Such great moments only cherish when you fulfill all your excitements and joy in believing yourself. On the sunny- second day of the London trip in December, after exploring London and Tower Bridge and few famous Camden Markets, now I wished to visit some of the popular and childhood dream places.

The Sherlock Holmes Museum

We had caught a Tube train from Bermondsey [Jubilee line] to Baker Street. From the start of Sherlock Holmes series in the year 2010 starring Benedict Cumberbatch, I am a huge fan and always wanted to visit these places, and within a few minutes of walk, my dreams gonna come true. I was interested to see the recreation of the home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s most famous fictional character. After a few snaps and pictures with 19th-century uniform Royal Guard at 221B Baker Street, we progress to our next stop as we were in hurry to explore more so we can’t get a chance to wait for a queue and explore the Sherlock Holmes Museum from inside but this is not the last time I’m visiting London (because this is the first not the last).

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

After walking a few steps, I encountered Madame Tussauds on the left-hand side of the street where I found a huge queue of visitors (and I hate standing in a queue just to see something unique) and we just keep foremost to see Sherlock Holmes Museum.

King’s Cross Underground Station
St. Pancras International
Christmas Carols

A few pictures attached above to demonstrate how we travel from one place to another and what monuments come across us. Later, our trail leads to another fictional journey towards the magical train station of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Platform 9 3/4 located at King’s Cross Station. This was ‘the must to go’ place of London diary as lots of childhood memories attached to it.

King’s Cross Platform 9 3/4 Selfie

As expected on Sunday afternoon, the King’s Cross station is full of a crowd, but it was so pleasant because of Christmas Carols in the center and calm & cool climate in London. Before we head home, I took a few pictures of the return ticket of Harry Potter’s fictional Platform 9 3/4 and saves it to my diary. So, do more than just exist.

Camden Market – Exploring London

I don’t need all the money in the world. I just need enough money to see the world. So let’s explore the world and find what you want and what needs to change in you.

Camden Market

After tiring the first day in London and at the same time we both excited for the second day that is Sunday to exploring some popular parks and the markets in Central London. The Camden Markets are the large adjoining retail markets in Camden Town, London. It is situated north of the Hampstead Road Lock of the Regent’s Lock (popularly referred to as Camden Lock).

Regents Park

We started your morning with toast and fried egg and then a long walk through a beautiful and stunning Regent’s Park and to Primrose Hill. Regent’s Park is one of the Royal Park in London and contains Regent’s University London, an Open Air Theatre, a boating lake and the London Zoo. The trail joined to the lake is so peaceful while walking and nature lovers will appreciate the cluster of gardens scattered throughout the park.

Camden Lock
Cyberdog (Shop)

As soon as I start exploring more, and then I came across a modernized store named ‘Cyberdog‘ – A futuristic fashion, rave outfits, festival clothing and club wear from the heart of Camden Town. With electronic and trance music and rhythmic dance inside the store makes me feel I’m somewhere to the Mars planet.

Camden Town

Back to Camden Town Earthy man, then we went to markets to find some good stores but found great and namely amazing stores in Camden town. Especially, when we came across Indian and Chinese stores I suddenly felt so amazing and so excited to explore more such stores in Camden Town Market. The second day in London is so wondrous just because it was Sunday and the Londoners were so good at discipline and freedom to manifest natural behavior.

London Dreams

Live with no excuse and travel with no regrets. No one realizes how beautiful it is to travel until he comes home and rests his head on his old, familiar pillow.

Tower Bridge

On the very first day, I feel so good with those cool and fresh air in London but it just a start for me because there’s more to come. As we start walking through Maltby Street Market, we jumped to see Tower Bridge just ahead of us. It seems so beautiful and very impressive to see the architecture and the design just above of River Thames and got a chance to tour the inside of the bridge and learn the mechanics behind it.

London Bridge

Lots of travelers just like confused between Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Though it seems while googling you can see and hardly spot the difference between these two bridges. But when I saw these two and felt “yeah… why London bridge is that simple compared to Tower Bridge?” And then I walk away because I want to explore more on the same day.

HMS Belfast – A Museum Ship

HMS Belfast is an imperial war museum ship was built for the Royal Navy. It is a floating museum secured at the River Thames pooled between Tower Bridge and London Bridge.

Traditional dance
Funfair Horse Ride

While walking through everything comes between us, we headed towards the London Eye and finds lots of public places with fun time, music, dance and thrilling funfair horse rise and just next stop we ate Spanish Churros with hot chocolate and I love it. It is a fried-dough pastry-based snack. A must-do and a must-visit place in Central London is the London Eye. Up to 135 meters high and the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel with 360 degrees elegantly rotating over the River Thames was a truly mesmerizing kind of memory though I haven’t got a chance to sit on that wheel but it still worth to see by my naked eye.

London Eye from National Theatre

With a cold wind and a shower rain, the weather in London at the start of December makes my trip a superb memorable and great adventure of my lifetime.

Maltby Street Market – London

Don’t just exist, wander and explore. Life is too short to live and travel globally, so whatever comes first eat it and then move forward. Walk your own path and be yourself.

Maltby St. Market – London’s Hidden Foodie Market

It was my first day in London (United Kingdom), my friend said let’s go to explore a few nearby locations before you go to bed. As I was exhaust traveling on a flight from Mumbai to London on the very first day to explore. But we went to the market which is centered on a central alley known as the Ropewalk.

TOZINO – Jaṁon Bodega

Maltby Street Market is hidden from Londoners and it is a foodie’s paradise. The market opened in 2010, and popular weekend destination for the foodie, with southeast London backwaters and railway arches on the back. This Market has been hidden away in a tangle of streets between London Bridge and Bermondsey stations and sheltered next to the mainline railway to London Bridge.

Exploring the store

If you’ll arrive here with an empty stomach with a very bunch of money in your pocket, and leave quite opposite to it. After exploring around, we found many foodie stuff and there’s no shortage of mouthwatering discoveries lurking in the stalls and railway arches.

Mulled Wine

Hot and spicy ‘Mulled Wine’ – it is a traditional handmade drink during winter and especially around Christmas with so cozy and delicious taste. Ironically, I was at a Christmas festival and I was like I just love their hot and mixed spices traditional drink. Further, we forward to explore more…

Paths are made by Walking

I am learning to love the sound of my feet walking away from the things not meant for me. Whether you go out for a walk or run, you feel something new and something to do more. Always find time for the things that makes you feel happy to be alive.

A simple walk through nature is a sumptuous amount of energy where you can find a new journey to overcome and new goals to make. The only reason sometimes I walk alone is to find within myself and how to make more efficient of bettering myself. Also, this gives you the independence to make your life more simple and extraordinary.

Travel By Two Parallel lines

“Life is a journey that have a lot different paths, but any path you choose use it as your destiny.” Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world. Cherish each hour of this day for it can never return.

Journey to heaven.

Life, as I see it, is not a location, but a journey. Life isn’t just about “getting there”; it is also about “being here” and enjoying your journey. When you see how beautifully tracks lay up to the mountain and its way to heaven into some thrilling adventure where no one can stop you, even the traffic lights were off. When your train halts at some station, you move out and find the cold-crisp air touch to our body. Inside the train, people just settle to their place ascertain their needs and enjoy the rest of the journey.

Internally Inside life flows
Travel to see how other cities look like…

That part of traveling via train is counting the tunnels on our way, and listening to people hooting – the best part of childhood journey. Also, that time at the night when we brought out the middle berth and relishing the different beats and rhythms of the train is somewhat offbeat.

All You Need Is Travel

Somewhere on your journey don’t forget to turn around and enjoy the view. Never stop your wanderlust. Be still like a mountain and flow like a great river.

River Ganga

River Ganga (Ganges) is the life source of northern India and is reckoned to be the most important river in Indian culture. With a total length of 2525kms, it is the longest-running river in India. But it is not only geographically that this river has earned fame, in Hindu mythology Ganga is worshiped as Goddess. She is believed to have inhabited in heaven as the daughter of Brahma (the creator).

Sky meets river

Travel is what we need to please your mind and is to Journey to North is fruit on my bucket. I planned a short trip to my hometown last week and it turns out me speechless. A sense and plunge in the river are most refreshing. I travel solo mostly and find things that fascinate me more towards nature. Boats near the river and a boy fishing in the old tradition where the sky meets the river is scrupulously mesmerizing.

Traditional fishing in River Ganga

And at the end of the day, your feet should be dirty, your hair messy and your eyes sparkling. A good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving.

go wild, for a while

Find me where the wild things are… And into the forest, I go to lose my mind and find my soul.

Heaven on Earth

Last week I went for a hike to see the fusion of mountain, lake, and forest. This place is something you never forget when you close your eyes. The beauty of nature with rains is so magical and spiritual. To live there is what we desire and rather to hike there, I prefer to stay there. Hiking makes us realize how we breathe and how much things we left to breathe. There are many things left in your bucket list, so when are we going plan to do? But let’s say what thing comes first we do appropriately.

Walk through the forest trail

Life is short, so don’t waste it being miserable. Be who you are, be happy, be free, be whatever you want to be. Life meant to be spectacular to live, to discover, to feel! So why to waste your time for others? Let’s just get going!
